  1. Im very stressed out, emotionally drained it affects my daily routine 😖 got no proper sleep because of work that I cannot handle properly, pressures and expectations around me. I think I'll gonna die 😫.

    I am very glad that you are sharing such wonderful and uplifting videos. I have watched most of your videos and I assigned it to some of my students as extra credit.

    Since my students are not native speaker of English, I wish there was a part where they can see the transcript of the video if possible.

  3. This video is a great place to start.  Recognize that it takes effort to address the causes of your stress. It's not easy, but is worth it. The effort requires effective communication, ownership of your own contribution to the situation and willingness to change the circumstances you cannot correct and are damaging your health.  Eating right, exercise and sleep all help to keep things in perspective!
