  1. I understand not using a lot of wooden circles for the ridges so as to make it not too long. But i think the silver handle piece is a bit too long. It should be just about the length of the palm of your hand. If it were shorter, you could add more circles

  2. I completed this project with a few improvements to your design, and the A New Hope Lightsaber and had a ton of fun building them, both turned out really well! Thanks for the tutorial!

  3. That's great man but you don't want to use to much wood because it could break if the little ones get their hands on it if you know what I mean so use PVC pipe of sink tubes it will be much easier and more good looking

  4. in the video you say 1 3/4" wooden disks and you show a picture of 1 3/4" wooden disks but you the annotation you put says 1 1/3" wooden disks. I'm assuming 1 3/4" is correct since that's what's in the picture but i just wanted to make sure. cool video, btw.

  5. Just one suggestion, sand off any raised lettering on PVC parts, toys, or anything else you use for a more authentic look. Made my own crossguard lightsaber, but it looks nothing like Kylo Ren's.
