Love on the Transplant List – BBC

  1. Gosh, it's so bittersweet – the sicker you get the higher up the donor list you go…. but it's such a fine line, because you get so much sicker, and even too sick for the transplant

  2. I lost my father after  liver transplant but I am still grateful to the donor and his family. You think you have serious problems and you see these people and yo feel so weak!! At the end of the day transplants save lives and I hope that science will soon fin a way to combat rejection of the organs.

  3. Thanks for sharing Kristie's story.  She was certainly a very special young lady.  Perhaps she is now sharing the holidays with my daughter, Lori, who live with CF (no transplant, unfortunately) until nearly age 39!

  4. amazing..i'm waiing for me tird life……The first one….psychologic murder by sual abuse……The second now because i'm giving born afterb 41 year of violence and now i wait for a liver

  5. I don't have an issue with donating, I just don't want to be the receiver of an organ donation. So I will sign to be a donor when I get my permit but I don't want to receive an organ donation.
